Clean Eatz sells a premade cheesy, bacon chicken loaded potatoes meal.

The eatery also oers a non-subscription-based weekly meal prep service. Customers can place orders throughout the week and pick up their meals on Sunday, Monday or Tuesday, Hsieh said. Clean Eatz also sells wraps and a selection of sides, including macaroni and cheese, sweet potato fries and seasoned steamed broccoli. Aside from food, Clean Eatz also sells protein smoothies and protein coees. “For the average person that’s trying to be healthier or lose weight, the number one thing that they can do is portion control ... and that’s what our meals allow you to do,” Hsieh said.

Howie Hsieh began meal prepping while serving as a pilot in the United States Air Force. “We had 12 to 14-hour days sometimes, and we needed to be t to ght. Meal prepping was the solution,” Hsieh said. The inspiration Hsieh’s last duty station was at Universal City’s Randolph Air Force Base. When he was relieved of his pilot duties, he wanted to continue meal prepping, which inspired him to open Clean Eatz. Clean Eatz operates as a sit-down, dine-in restaurant, and a grab-and-go section oering brisket, steak, pizza, keto and vegetarian meals.
