Absolute Thai Cuisine Led by a Thai chef with more than 15 years of experience, this eatery brings authentic Thai favorites to the new Fulshear restaurant, owner Jzessika Lee said. Azumi The menu at the eatery includes dishes such as scallop tiradito, hirame crudo and wagyu short rib. Azumi also offers a wide variety of nigiri, sashimi, maki rolls and the Japanese A5 wagyu flight. Oishi Sushi Owner Alan Liang is now serving hand rolled sushi, soup, salad and hibachi meals. The restaurant’s dinner specials include all-you-can-eat sushi, and its menu has over 50 sushi rolls to choose from.
