MARKET DATA FOR APRIL The most recent real estate data from the Four Rivers Association of Realtors showed active listings in New Braunfels jumped 207% in April compared to the same time last year. There were 3.6 months worth of housing inventory in New Braunfels, compared to 1 month last year. The number of new listings in the 78130 ZIP code increased by 16.38% to 270 in the same period and by 20% in the 78132 ZIP code to 150.
