Xavier Academy TheWoodlands One of The Woodlands area’s newest private schools is Xavier Academy, which opened in last August for the 2018-19 school year just off Grogans Park Drive. 1 Xavier Academy’s low teacher-to-student ratio allows for students to receive personalized curriculum to meet their individual learning styles, school officials said. 2 The school offers extracurricular activities, including music, dance, art and foreign languages. 3 The K-12 school also offers college counseling, summer school, credit recovery, transitional school and optional year-round school.
