2 Pickleman’s Gourmet Cafe The franchise will be owned by Celina resident Jesse Murphy, who also owns the Pickleman’s in McKinney. The menu offers sandwiches, pizzas, mac and cheese bowls, soups and salads, according to its website. The McKinney location is the first in Texas. • Opening mid October • 3515 S. Chipotle The fast-casual Mexican grill chain is awaiting a new construction project expected to be finished in November, according to a filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. Construction of the 2,325-square-foot restaurant is estimated to cost $560,000, the filing stated.
