Development begins at Dacy Business Park Work on Phase 1 of Dacy Business Park—located at 3300 Dacy Lane, Kyle—is wrapping up. The industrial park is being developed by Daniel Pao, Gigi Lee and Dale Malone, and looks to pro- vide aordable commercial space for small-busi- ness owners, such as contractors, entrepreneurs and startup companies, to lease, rent or own. Project details The 137,550-square-foot development broke ground in April, and is being constructed in four phases. Phase 1 of the project is anticipated to be completed this fall and includes the construction of 21 industrial condo suites across three build- ings. Each building has been subdivided into 1,500-square-foot bays, Managing Partner Dale Malone said. Malone said they wanted to build this project in Kyle because they noticed a lot of spaces in the
Income-restricted complex now leasing Centro35, a new income-restricted apartment complex located at 508 Labrador Blvd., is now leasing in San Marcos. The multifamily development—con- structed by The NRP Group—broke ground in January 2023. Construction is slated to be completed on the rst two buildings in September, and the remaining buildings by March 2025, Community Manager Christo- pher Alonzo said. Project details Centro35 plans to oer support services for residents, and will have 330 units across 10 buildings with up to four-bedroom units. “When we come in, it’s not just to build an apartment complex, it’s to build relation- ships with the residents and the commu- nity,” Alonzo said.
