4 Spicy Vihaar Once open, Spicy Vihaar will serve authentic Indian cuisine, a representative said in an email. Dishes will feature South Indian flavors and include meals such as curries and dosas, according to statements on the restaurant’s social media page. 5 Panj Tara A new restaurant serving upscale Indian cuisine is now open in Frisco, according to a message from the owner. Located inside the Frisco Square off of Simpson Plaza, Panj Tara offers vegetarian and non- vegetarian meals and appetizers including shrimp
