Business park welcomes first tenant Universal City’s Northlake Business Park celebrated the opening of the first tenant—Motic Instruments—on Jan. 24 at 1500 Northlake Pass, Ste. 197, Univer- sal City. Motic is a leading manufac- turer of microscopy tools with over 2,500 employees and offices all over the world, according to the company’s website. Prior to the move to Universal City, Motic Instruments was located off Tri-County Parkway in Schertz, according to the company’s website.
