SEPTEMBER 2022 COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE DATA Retail rental rates in the Cy-Fair area have been declining over the past few months while demand for industrial continues to drive rates up. Construction rates for industrial real estate have slowed since the start of the year, however. In the oce space, vacancy rates have dropped slightly since this time last year but remain relatively high compared to prepandemic levels.
