Touchmark at Emerald Lake debuts rst phase New senior living community Touchmark at Emerald Lake debuted the rst phase of the 80-acre development Oct. 23, according to a news release. The development oers independent living and will oer assisted living and memory care for adults age 55 and older. The gist The Touchmark at Emerald Lake development is near the southwest intersection of Virginia Parkway and Hardin Boulevard. The project was announced in 2019, and construction began in late 2021. The project is being constructed in phases with the rst phase comprising about 450,000 square feet and a total of 265 apartment homes. Chateau McKinney to see renovations Holiday by Atria independent senior living community Chateau McKinney is receiving $2 million in renovations. The details The updates will include “extensive ren- ovations” to social spaces, the tness area, the game lounge, living room, library and dining room, according to a news release. The renovations are expected to be completed late 2023.
