3 Westpark Tollway expansion Project: 3A The Fort Bend County Toll Road Authority is expanding Westpark Tollway an additional four miles, bringing its new end to Charger Way. Update: 3B The first 2-mile extension of the project opened Feb. 28, more than eight months ahead of schedule • Timeline: August 2024-fall 2026 • Cost: $72 million • Funding source: toll revenue

1 Huggins Drive reconstruction Project: Huggins Drive will gain a 1A center lane as well as 1B a road extension from its end at Houston Street to FM 359. The project will also include 1C realigning Houston Street and Dixon Road where they intersect with Huggins Drive. Update: Fort Bend County officials are working with Kinder-Morgan to resolve pipeline conflicts. • Timeline: April 2025-fourth quarter of 2026 • Cost: $10.1 million • Funding sources: city of Fulshear and Fort Bend County 2013 bond

2 Katy downtown parking lots Project: 2A The Second Street project will replace the current asphalt and gravel lot with concrete, bringing 68-78 spots to the northwest corner of Second Street and Avenue A. 2B Meanwhile, the Municipal Court parking project will expand the lot by 42 spaces and add security measures. Update: The Second Street lot is 75% complete, while the Municipal Court lot is 30% complete. • Timeline: December 2025-April 2026 • Cost: $651,725 (Second Street) and $361,690 (Municipal Court) • Funding source: city of Katy
