The most recent real estate data from the Four Rivers Association of Realtors showed active listings in New Braunfels jumped up 234.4% in February as compared to the same time last year. There were 3.5 months worth of housing inventory in New Braunfels, compared to 0.9 months in February 2022. The number of homes under contract fell by more than 36% in the 78132 ZIP code from February 2022 year over year as the number of new listings in the 78130 ZIP code fell by more than 20%.
