Update: The project has been extended to include a second phase that covers North Main from Cottage Street to Airline Drive. 3 Shepherd and Durham drives reconstruc- tion, Phase 1 Project: The project seeks to reduce the number of trac lanes on each road from four to three while adding protected bike lanes and installing sidewalks. Update: Bike lane and sidewalk installation is underway between 15th Street and 20th Street on both roads.
