13 Archbishop Joseph A. Fiorenza Memorial Plaza Ground broke Dec. 18 on a new memorial plaza underway in Downtown Houston in memory of the social justice and anti-poverty advocate Archbishop Joseph Fiorenza, who died in 2022.
