The Heights Social In addition to happy hour, this cocktail-forward concept features “champagne hours” on Saturdays and Sundays from 11 a.m.-3 p.m., which includes a roaming champagne cart where patrons can purchase bubbles by the bottle and glass. • Opened late March Roswell’s Saloon Drinks on Roswell’s cocktail menu have nods to either the space or Western themes of the restaurant, such as the Crop Circles cocktail, which features a homemade elote syrup topped with a crop circle formation.
