Cardbo ard Boat Regatta The city of Bellaire will host its annual cardboard boat race in mid-July at the Aquatics Center. Participants can make boats using only cardboard and duct tape. Then, participants board their boats and race to the finish line. Dive-In Movie Patrons for Bellaire Parks will celebrate the end of summer with a family dive-in movie night. Held at sundown at the Bellaire Town Square Aquatic Center, parents and children can watch a movie while floating in the pool.
