Bellaire temporarily installs 3 speed humps Bellaire installed three temporary speed humps on 5400 Braeburn Drive between Renwick Drive and Alder Drive for 180 days to attempt to slow down speeding traffic on the residential street, according to a June 2 Bellaire City Council meeting.
