WEST LAKE HILLS Pflugerville Deputy City Administrator Trey Fletcher was named the new city administrator for West Lake Hills at the city’s April 13 council meeting. Fletcher began work May 2, according to the city. Pflugerville staff said Fletcher’s last day with the city was April 22, and officials discussed how to fill his replacement at the April 26 City Council meeting. Fletcher served as the assistant city manager of Pflugerville from 2011- 20, previously serving as the city’s planning director, according to the city of Pflugerville’s website. Prior to his time in Pflugerville, Fletcher held a variety of positions within the cities of Lake Charles, Louisiana and College Station. He also is a member of the Amer- ican Institute of Certified Planners and an active member of the Inter- national City/County Management Association and the Texas City
