Commercial growth takes shape in P ugerville’s LakesideMeadows

Dallas-based Ironwood Realty Partners is developing the industrial buildings currently underway, and they are separate from the other developments in the PUD. The Ironwood buildings combine to form a master-planned industrial development called 130 Crossing, and when complete it will contain more than 1 million square feet of commer- cial space. Located on the northeast corner of the intersection of SH 130 and East Pecan Street in P ugerville, Lakeside Meadows, which P ugerville City Council zoned as a planned unit development in January 2020, will contain industrial buildings as well as retail shops, o ces and residences.
