A second building has been constructed in shell form, with leases in the works with future tenants. The development will also contain a 0.76- acre restaurant pad.

A pair of retail and oce buildings in Southwest Austin are close to completion as tenants prepare to move in. Lantana Pass is a mixed-use project developed by JDI Holdings LLC, leased by Capella Commercial and anchored by WonderWell Preschool, according to a press release from Capella Commercial. One of the project’s buildings will

The project is being funded through the district’s $132 million 2018 bond. As preliminary site work begins on the 155-acre property, the county also continues to collaborate with DSISD to improve trac ow and safety at the intersection, including the insertion of a roundabout that will align with the campus’s entrance, according to a May update from the district.
