Vista @ 29 is a new mixed-use o ce and retail outlet on Hwy. 29 in Liberty Hill between Georgetown and Leander. The center is approximately 1 mile west of Ronald Reagan Boulevard and 2 miles east of US 183. Current businesses, most of which have opened in the last several months, include small cafes, dental o ces and several other shops. Once completely built out, Vista @ 29 will include six separate buildings. Two of them, building 9073 and building 9017, which total about 42,000 square feet, have current tenants. Future development will include two more o ce buildings in the back side, an o ce and retail building to the east, and another retail location on the west side. Much of the area is still under construction, and there are multiple opportunities for leasing or buying property.
