22 TAKE THE KIDS TRICKOR TREATING All ghosts and goblins are invited to a morning of Halloween festivities at the Kyle Center Street Trick-or-Treat. A Treat Trail will be set up by local businesses and vendors in the park to give out candy to trick-or-treaters. Paint and pumpkins will be provided for a pumpkin-decorating contest.
